As all know, Sarah’s a new mom. She’s striking out on a journey this summer to reclaim her postpartum body. After losing $100 on Noom, which in Sarah’s opinion is a “total crock,” Sarah got advice from a friend to use Chat GPT to create personalized fitness routines and Meal Plans. So far she’s had great success! Plus it’s totally free.
