21 Day Sugar Detox

Katie’s been craving sugar so she got on a probiotic which helped. Now she’s on her biannual sugar detox. It’s 21 days of no sugar including most fruit, and any refined carbs. Katie loves it, because it’s a great way to get back to basics in your diet. Plus the grocery list is pretty extensive. You can have brines, nuts, cheese and lots of other delicious foods. The ladies go through some failed health fads including slathering your head with mayonnaise.
