Fad Diets

Katie and Sarah go to town on the ridiculousness of diets. Is it a conspiracy to keep women inside and focused on their weight? Or are we all trying to look our best? They ladies go through some of classic fads like Atkins and Keto as well as a few of of the more extreme diets like The Sleeping Beauty Diet and Kelly Ripa’s problematic what I eat in a day.

Getting Things Done

Sarah’s got a few takeaways from her new read, Getting Things Done by David Allen, including to do lists, catch all tray, setting reminders and maintaining a workflow.
