Getting Started in Yoga

The best way to get started in yoga is just do it! Try out a beginner video and create a weekly habit, to familiarize yourself. Then move on to a weekly in person class where you can get adjustment and more specific instruction from a teacher. Many yoga studios are pricey, but if you’re broke keep an eye out for a community class, or a gym membership which also offers yoga.

The Dark Side of Yoga

Yoga is chock full of grifters, cult leaders and the emotionally unstable. Katie and Sarah take a turn into yoga’s seedy but very toned, underbelly.
