Gut Health
Katie’s on a gut health trends, and is eying the Mediterranean Diet, because it’s high in prebiotics and also includes both bread and wine.
Scalp Oiling
Scalp Oiling is big now, and it can really help with frizzy hair. Rub a few drops of Argan Oil in oyur hair, and let it sit for about 2 hours before washing.
Magnesium
Magnesium is another big trend on tiktok, but you have to be careful which one you buy! Katie got the wrong type, Magnesium Citrate, which turns out is a laxative.
