110: Retail Therapy and Tarot Cards

Show Notes – Episode 110: Retail Therapy and Tarot Cards

This week on Lady Journey it’s DIY therapy techniques. Katie gets introspective with tarot cards and Sarah does retail therapy until she’s able to feel again. The episode wraps up with the ladies divulging their unpopular opinions about weed.

Tarot Cards

Katie taught herself to read tarot as a witchy teen. But now she thinks of the art of tarot as more of an intuitive reading tool. She gives herself tarot readings alone, usually a classic Celtic cross and uses an internet directory on Biddy Tarot. Then she feels out how the readings resonate with her. Your own interpretations illuminate what’s going on in your mind.

Retail Therapy

Sarah and Katie piggy back on their Lady Business Episode by gushing about their love of retail therapy. Sarah decompresses by giving herself $20 to blow in a CVS. Katie indulges in a little quarterly Sephora splurge.

Controversial Thoughts

Katie and Sarah rip on drug culture. Why do people feel the need to brag about doing cocaine? Is there some rule that if you’ve done ayahuasca that you need to bring it up at every party? Katie and Sarah wrap up by riffing on weed t-shirts and the preposterous nature of stoner apparel. Read our blog post Weed T-Shirts that will have you feeling like THEY KNOW for more ridiculousness!
