On this week’s episode of Lady Journey Katie’s heading to a wedding in Costa Rica, Sarah’s taking a family trip to the Cayman Islands. The ladies give tips on how to keep your travel organized with pre packing checklists.
Work Prep
Katie and Sarah advocate arranging your schedule to finish a couple of big projects before a vacation, that way you can enjoy the vacation (and even the couple of days before!) from a sense of accomplishment. But also in the case that it’s not practical to totally cut yourself off from your work life, plan to do about 15 minutes of emails / social media first thing in the morning on your vacation days. Use out of office emails, email scheduling, and social media scheduling to set yourself up for success.
